Trip levels

In order for you to feel comfortable and get the most out of your trip it is important to have the right level of experience and fitness for the activity you have chosen to take part in.

Beginners. The days will be short in duration.
Hiking: No long steep sections. Good paths.
Kayaking: Easy kayaking conditions.

Intermediate. A good general fitness level. We will be on the go fot 6-8 hours per day.

Advanced. A good general fitness level. We will be doing several long and consecutive days  Previous experience of mountain walking is an requirement. For sea kayaking trips you need to have had experience from paddling in rougher conditions.
