The course is especially suitable for tour leaders, camp guides, people who move a lot in nature and enjoy remote areas. What you can expect from the course
You can expect inspiring, experienced instructors and intensive but rewarding days. Be prepared to spend a lot of time outdoors in realistic training situations. At the NOLS Wilderness First Aid courses, we also have fun, even though our topic is serious. The content of our curriculum is based on experience, research and evidence, not just textbook texts. The first aid methods and treatment instructions we teach are approved by our steering group consisting of doctors and shared by the director of our teaching program. This way we also ensure that our courses are always based on the latest studies and guidelines in the field.
